#RAPOGWARRIOR is back - Season 2 starts now

You've been here for season 1, my first marathon, the Santa Barbara Marathon, in November 2014. It took time, but here it is. Season 2 is coming. Get ready. It starts now!

Ronde Givrée, 01/31/16 - a relay race in my hometown, Castres

On Sunday 01/31, I pinned a bib on my running shirt for the first time of the year. It's been a while. You should not bet on me to get motivated for a race in January. But this race was a bit special. It was a relay race and I did it with members of my family. Go, team "RAPOG on the go"!

Stuck in a rut - How to find the way out?

You know the Duracell Bunny, right? Well, usually, that's about me. Except, a few weeks back (around holidays season), I ran out of juice. Dead batteries. No more energy. It lasted for days, then weeks. No energy leads to bad runs which leads to loss of motivation. I was stuck in a rut. I fought through it but it's been a struggle to definitely leave it behind me (not sure it IS behind me, even right now). I took some actions which seem like they made the trick. Let's talk about it.

From what I heard, 2015 is over. So, welcome 2016! I take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful time in 2016.

A long run... on the road

Last week, I did a long run. Something that happens... well, once a week. But, this time, I went back to my first love: the road. It has not happened in a while. Distance runs were done on the trails. So, last week, I just started off happy and carefree. But, while on the road, some obvious (general or personal) points came back to my mind.
