How to get started with clipless pedals and how to get used to them? That's the subject of my new video. Triathlon 101

I speak a strange language: 26.2, 70.3, ironman, transition, leg. Last week end, I noticed that while speaking with my parents. Their blank stare when I mentioned "ironman" helped me understand that, NO, everyone doesn't think about sports when they hear "ironman" but most certainly about a Comics character. I think I can assume people around here know a little something about running. But, you may not know that much about triathlon. So, let me give you a head's up.
