2015

From what I heard, 2015 is over. So, welcome 2016! I take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful time in 2016.

Trail running in Grand Canyon

So, as you know, I had the opportunity to run in the Grand Canyon. No surprise, it was: spectacular, exhilarating and hard. Because, once at the bottom, well, there's no elevator! (I thought Americans had a solution for everything?!)

Staying active on a road trip

No complaints about going on a road trip. I love that. But, honestly, I was anxious to stop cycling and swimming for 2 full weeks. I knew I would be able to find a way to go running. More difficult for swimming. Impossible for cycling (sure, I could have followed with my bike, but we not even have made it to San Francisco). I know, first world problem. And I knew I would survive. But, I'm far from being good at these 2 new sports and loosing all the work I put into them since December scared me.

July on the go

Helloooo! Is anyone here? July went so fast: running, surfing, hiking, biking, skating, swimming, family, road trip, tourism. Not enough time to spend in front of a computer screen. I will be back to my usual routine and back here. Let's start with a recap of my month of July.
